Job Purpose
To support the development and execution of business planning activities by enhancing planning methodologies, coordinating plans and schedules, monitoring performance, and providing analytical insights to support effective decision-making and achievement of organizational objectives.
Key Accountability Areas
Business Planning Methodology & Tools:
- Contribute to the enhancement of business planning methodologies, frameworks, tools, templates, and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and best practices.
- Evaluate planning practices and recommend improvements based on business needs, performance analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain and refine planning documentation, templates, and reporting tools to promote consistency, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Support the standardization of planning approaches across business units to improve planning effectiveness and reporting quality.
- Analyze planning outputs and identify opportunities to strengthen planning processes, methodologies, and governance practices.
Business Planning Execution & Coordination:
- Review project schedules, business plans, and related documentation to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, priorities, and approved requirements.
- Prepare, maintain, and update integrated project schedules, tracking key milestones, deliverables, dependencies, critical paths, and timelines.
- Perform schedule and planning analysis to identify risks, potential delays, resource constraints, and deviations from approved plans.
- Assess planning scenarios and provide recommendations to support informed decision-making and effective execution.
- Coordinate planning activities with relevant stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution and maintain alignment across projects and initiatives.
- Monitor the status of action items, commitments, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
- Support cross-functional communication and information sharing to enhance planning transparency and execution effectiveness.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Prepare and consolidate business planning reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance updates for management and stakeholders.
- Analyze project and business performance data from multiple sources to identify trends, variances, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date planning records, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and planning metrics to support performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide planning insights and analytical findings to support business reviews and decision-making processes.

- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Any relevant field
