Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club ("the Club") is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling.

The Department 有關部門
Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.
本會飲食部於跑馬地及沙田會所、跑馬地及沙田馬場、和上水雙魚河鄉村會所，為顧客提供多元化及優質餐飲服務，現誠意邀請對餐飲服務有興趣及具備有關工作經驗的人才加入。
The Job 職責內容
- Maintaining the daily operation through providing excellent cleaning services to keep all functional areas, equipment and utensils clean by following the cleaning schedules and/or instructions of superior ensuring meeting the sanitation standards as per the Club’s policy. Specific tasks include:
Following the instructions from Catering Support Services (CSS) Supervisor or above.
- Performing routine cleaning tasks or specific cleaning work as assigned by superiors in back-of-the-house of Food & Beverage outlets, kitchen area, receiving area and garbage chamber.
- Cleaning soiled operation equipment and utensils using cleaning machine or other tools.
- Servicing restrooms as Toilet Attendant.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the work places at all times
- Cleaning and maintaining all equipment assigned in good condition.
- Offering all possible assistance to Members.
- Reporting to the CSS Supervisor for any maintenance deficiencies.
- Reporting and presenting all Lost and Found items to the Security Office (Clubhouse) according to established procedures.
- Always maintaining good working relationship with team members and other departments
- Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by supervisor.
- Night Shift: 15:30-24:00
- 負責餐飲部後勤範圍的日常清潔工作，包括：
餐飲後勤區域,廚房範圍, 收貨區 垃圾房
- 使用清潔機器及相關工具清洗餐飲設備、器皿及廚房用具。
- 保持工作環境、設施及設備整潔衛生，符合會所標準。
- 負責洗手間清潔及保養工作。
- 按照清潔時間表及主管指示完成工作。
- 發現設備損壞或維修問題時向主管匯報。
- 根據會所程序處理失物認領事宜。
- 為會員提供適切協助及優質服務。
- 與餐廳、廚房及支援部門保持良好合作關係。
- 按上司指示執行其他相關工作職務。
- 夜更：15:30-24:00
About You 入職要求
- At least 1 year’s relevant experience in Housekeeping gained from clubs or hotels.
- Sound knowledge of cleaning machine operation and cleaning chemicals and supplies application
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills in Chinese
- Trustworthy, dependable and responsible.
- Able to adapt to highly demanding situations
- 具1年或以上酒店、會所、餐廳或相關清潔工作經驗。
- 熟悉清潔機器操作及清潔用品使用者優先考慮。
- 工作認真、有責任感及可靠。
- 具良好溝通及人際關係技巧。
- 能以中文溝通。
- 具團隊合作精神及服務態度。
- 能適應節奏快速及繁忙的工作環境。
