About this role
Provide overall leadership and management of multidisciplinary project supervision activities, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, specifications, standards, quality, health and safety, and client expectations. Lead and coordinate Hill International’s site supervision team, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, priorities, and delivery schedules while maintaining effective communication with the Client and project stakeholders. Monitor project progress, KPIs, risks, variations, claims, and potential delays, providing timely technical and contractual advice and recommending corrective actions. Coordinate closely with the Design Manager to ensure design compliance and minimize cost and time impacts, review consultant and contractor reports, and support the preparation and implementation of the Project Management Plan (PMP) and Project Execution Plan (PEP). Ensure compliance with Hill International’s quality, environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures, and provide technical reports and solutions for project issues as required.
- A degree in Engineering is required. Postgraduate education is desired.
- Professional certification such as CEng or PMP is highly desired.
- At least 20 years of similar previous experience; experience on multi-million dollar international construction projects is highly preferred.
- Must have FIDIC Yellow Book and/or Red Book experience to administer the Construction Contract, Should have Civil Engineering Degree, and experience with shallow & deep utilities design & construction and roads.
- Ability to think ahead, identify new opportunities, and create new and innovative approaches to work-related issues.
- Ability to work and coordinate with all stakeholders.
- Excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel and ability to prepare presentations using PowerPoint.
