About the Role:

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely approvals.

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of external development works, including roads, landscaping, utilities, stormwater drainage, water supply, sewerage, and associated infrastructure.
- Review designs, specifications, drawings, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project standards, regulatory requirements, and best engineering practices.
- Monitor project progress, resource deployment, procurement schedules, and construction activities to achieve timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular review meetings to track milestones, address project challenges, and drive corrective actions where required.

General Responsibilities

- Oversee external development and infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, contractor performance, and resource utilization to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate utility connections, authority approvals, procurement activities, and stakeholder interfaces to support seamless project execution.
- Manage inspections, testing, approvals, and handover activities to ensure successful and timely project completion.
- Prepare project performance reports and lead engineering/site teams to drive efficient delivery and continuous improvement.

About You:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 10-12 years of experience in project management for large-scale, Commercial projects within a PMC, developer, or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, contract administration, construction methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools (MSP/Primavera), and MIS/reporting systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive teams toward timely and quality project delivery.
