About the Role:
- Act as the central coordination point for all billing, cost control, and commercial activities, ensuring alignment between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Support the development and management of the project cost baseline, including BOQs, rate analysis, billing structures, cash flow forecasts, and budget tracking for effective financial control.
- Coordinate with site, design, and procurement teams to ensure accurate measurement, valuation, and certification of work done in line with contract provisions.
- Lead and manage the billing cycle (RA bills, client invoicing, subcontractor billing), ensuring timely submission, verification, and certification.
- Conduct regular commercial and billing review meetings to track cost performance, variations, claims, and cash flow status.
General Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and validate RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills, ensuring compliance with contract terms and project milestones.
- Evaluate BOQs, estimates, rate analysis, and cost plans for accuracy, completeness, and commercial viability.
- Monitor project financial progress using cost reports, variance analysis, and MIS dashboards, identifying deviations from the budget and recommending corrective actions.
- Manage and track variation orders, change management, claims, and contractual correspondences to safeguard project commercial interests.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure cost-effective material sourcing, rate finalization, and control over project expenditure.
- Conduct periodic site measurements and verifications to ensure billing accuracy, work progress validation, and reconciliation with executed quantities.
- Prepare and maintain key commercial documentation, including BOQs, bill registers, cost reports, cash flow statements, variation logs, and billing trackers.
- Support project management in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning, ensuring alignment of project costs with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and maintain planning documentation—including baseline schedules, look-ahead programs, progress reports, S-curves, recovery schedules, and risk registers—to support informed decision-making and project governance.

About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Master’s degree in construction management(preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in project management for large-scale, Hospitality & Commercial projects within a PMC, developer, or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, contract administration, construction methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools (MSP/Primavera), and MIS/reporting systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive teams toward timely and quality project delivery.
