PTP Associate - PO & Invoice Monitoring

Paramount's Procure-to-Pay team in Budapest is hiring a PTP Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will monitor and resolve aged invoices and open purchase orders, work the invoice error queues, and make sure international supplier invoices are posted and paid correctly and on time.

You will report to the PTP Senior Manager, International, and work within a global PTP team across the US, Argentina, Hungary, Israel, Chile and Australia. You will work in SAP and Oracle, and with TeamConnect and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Invoice monitoring and resolution

- Monitor and resolve aged invoices (PO and non-PO)

- Work the invoice error resolution queues (IPS, SAP and Oracle reprocessing) and identify what is blocking posting or payment

- Process approved manual invoice entries and Z-option items

- Manage TeamConnect invoice reprocessing and the admin queue

Purchase order monitoring

- Follow up with the business on open aged POs (goods received/no invoice, invoice received/no goods receipt)

- Reconcile and resolve GR/IR items

Tax and payment accuracy

- Carry out fiscal and tax reviews of invoices for international locations

- Review payment proposals to confirm withholding tax is calculated correctly

- Research and recover vendor credit balances

- Reconcile and clear direct debit vendor accounts

Stakeholder support

- Respond to internal and external queries via ServiceNow

- Update management on open and aged invoices

- Work with PTP, Service Management and Support teams to resolve system-related issues

Requirements

Essential

- Bachelor's degree (or comparable experience) in Accounting or Finance

- Experience in Accounts Payable or customer service

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Good written and spoken business English

- Analytical approach and attention to detail

Advantageous

- SAP or Oracle experience

- Knowledge of VAT or withholding tax

- Experience in a shared services or international environment
