We are seeking an experienced site manager to support the day-to-day delivery of a major project. The role will act as a key point of contact on site, coordinating consultant supervision activities and helping ensure that the works progress safely, efficiently and in accordance with the approved design, programme and quality requirements.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Monitoring progress and coordinate day-to-day site activities of the consultant team, interfaces and priorities.
- Overseeing the site supervision inspection consultant (SSIC) and confirm that inspections and quality-control processes are carried out effectively.
- Reviewing site records, inspection requests, material submissions, non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Monitoring compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements and raise issues requiring action.
- Managing regular coordination meetings and maintain clear communication between the PMC, SSIC, contractor and other stakeholders.
- Identifying and helping resolve site constraints relating to access, logistics, temporary works, sequencing and resources.
- Tracking progress against the programme, review lookaheads and provide clear status updates and management reporting.
- Supporting the investigation and resolution of quality and site-related issues as they arise.

You'll need to have:

- Degree or recognised qualification in civil engineering, project management or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in site management or site supervision on complex building projects.
- Good understanding of site delivery methods, inspections, quality assurance and health and safety requirements.
- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to review site information, maintain accurate records and prepare concise progress reports.
- Confident working with contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Professional working proficiency in English, knowledge of Greek would be advantageous.
