You'll join Future Creative, our in-house agency powering high-impact commercial campaigns and experiential activations across our global brand portfolio. We connect world-class sponsors with engaged audiences through innovative events, digital experiences, and creative storytelling. Our team turns ambitious concepts into distinctive, profitable event franchises. In this New York role, you'll guide our experiential channel to unlock major revenue opportunities.

Description

In this role you'll guide our events and experiential business. You'll set the strategic vision, operating model, and commercial direction for the channel. Operating from our New York office, you'll oversee the P&L and partner with Sales, Creative, and Editorial teams. As our events subject matter expert, you'll shape pitches, build proprietary IP, and grow commercial revenue.

What You'll Do

You will report into the SVP, Future Creative

- Define and execute the overall growth plan for our events and experiential business.
- Oversee the channel P&L, ensuring project profitability, budget control, and margin discipline.
- Partner with Sales and Creative teams during pre-sale to develop compelling, commercially viable event concepts.
- Develop repeatable event formats and proprietary IP around key editorial tentpoles and brand moments.
- Direct end-to-end event production, managing venue selection, technical partners, and vendor negotiations.
- Guide cross-functional teams to integrate live experiential activations into broader commercial campaigns.

What You’ll Bring

- Background directing experiential activations, commercial events, or live production in publishing or media.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budget forecasts, channel P&Ls, and project profitability.
- Track record developing client proposals, pitch presentations, and commercial event formats.
- Strong network of production partners, suppliers, fabricators, and event freelancers.
- Ability to translate complex client briefs into creative, scalable, and on-brand live experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to present pitch concepts and align cross-functional stakeholders.

The expected range for this role is $151,000 - $175,000. This is a hybrid role, working 2 days from the New York office.
