Job Title: Admin Assistant Job Description The Admin Assistant supports the sales department by managing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment. This role requires a self-motivated, energetic, and detail-focused professional who excels at organization, communication, and collaboration across multiple departments. The successful candidate will help ensure that all sales-related documentation and transactions are accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner. Responsibilities
- Process titles and registrations for customer and vendor purchases accurately and on time.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document handling, and coordination of routine tasks.
- Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal processes and external requirements.
- Communicate with vendors and customers via phone and email to obtain information, resolve issues, and provide updates on transactions.
- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure all necessary paperwork is compiled, verified, and completed for each transaction.
- Manage a high-volume workflow while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Support the sales process by assisting with order entry and general sales support activities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness of the sales operations function.
Essential Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer use, including strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and processing.
- Ability to perform duties with a strong sense of urgency while consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workflow without compromising quality or accuracy.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with data entry in a professional environment.
- Background in customer service, with a focus on responsiveness and relationship building.
- Experience providing administrative support to sales or operations teams.
- Familiarity with order entry processes and sales support activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and related tools.
- Comfort working in a highly process-oriented role with cross-functional collaboration.
Work Environment This is a fully on-site position based in Milford, MA, working five days per week in a dedicated workspace equipped with a laptop. The environment is dynamic and fast paced, with frequent collaboration across departments and regular interaction with customers and vendors by phone and email. The role is office-based and process driven, requiring focus, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and transactions throughout the day.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
