Job Title: Construction Integration Manager Job Description
As a Construction Integration Manager, you will orchestrate the delivery of next-generation cloud and AI infrastructure. This role offers end-to-end ownership, significant leadership exposure, technical depth, and the opportunity to influence the successful delivery of some of the most critical data center projects in the world.
Responsibilities
- Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
- Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
- Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
Essential Skills
- Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
- 10+ years experience in data center infrastructure, technical knowledge, integration program/project management, vendor, and construction management.
Work Environment
Located in Phoenix, this position requires 40 hours per week with a daily schedule of 10 hours. Equipment required includes a monitor, keyboard, headset, mouse, Class 2 Safety Helmet, Class 2 or higher vest, cut and impact-resistant gloves, ANSI Z87.1 or higher safety glasses or visor, and composite toe work boots that are leather or leather alternative extending a minimum of 4 inches above the ankle. Additionally, a Class 2 or higher reflective jacket suitable for cold and wet weather is necessary.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
