About this role

The Campaign Performance Analyst is responsible for deepening the organization's understanding of its guests and translating those insights into messaging that resonates and drives results. Working primarily within the marketing technology stack, this role evaluates customer data from the Snowflake warehouse and connects it to marketing, personalization, and analytics tools, building customer segments that reveal what drives return visits and higher check totals. The role also analyzes performance across email, push, and RCS messaging—assessing both content effectiveness and deliverability—by tracking open, bounce, and click-through rates, flagging failing domains, and partnering with sending and receiving partners to maintain strong deliverability.

Identify customer attributes and patterns that correlate with return visit frequency, increased check totals, and overall lifetime value. Turn campaign, segment, and deliverability analysis into concrete recommendations for message targeting, content, timing, and channel selection.

Analyze email and messaging campaign performance (opens, clicks, conversions) by customer segment to identify which messages, offers, and content resonate with which types of customers.

Track open, bounce, and click-through rates across email, push, and RCS messaging, and flag underperforming campaigns or segments

Monitor deliverability health across channels, identify failing or at-risk sending domains, and investigate root causes. Work directly with sending partners (ESP/messaging vendors) and receiving partners (mailbox providers, carriers) to resolve deliverability issues and maintain sender reputation

Set up and monitor syncs from Hightouch to downstream destinations (e.g., email/push/RCS platforms, ad platforms, CRM)

Present findings and recommendations to marketing and business stakeholders in clear, actionable terms
