With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Junior Web Project Manager to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.

Responsibilities

- Help the team stay organised and keep track of what is happening across our projects.

- Support the team in keeping Jira tickets and boards organised and up to date, including agreed priorities and statuses.

- Track action items and follow up with their owners.

- Organise team meetings, prepare simple agendas, take notes, and share follow-up actions.

- Help with communication between our team and other departments.

- Help organise planning sessions, workshops, and other team activities.

- Maintain project documentation and shared materials.

Requirements

- Strong organisation skills and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks at once.

- Some experience in project coordination, team support, administration, or a similar role.

- Advanced experience with Jira.

- Clear and confident communication in English, both written and spoken.

- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks through to completion..

- A proactive and helpful approach.

- Comfortable working with different teams and personalities.

- Comfortable using everyday tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc) or other relevant software

Nice to haves

- Experience with Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar collaboration tools.

- Experience working with artists, designers, programmers, or other creative teams.

- Some knowledge of Agile, Scrum or Kanban practices.
