MEP Manager

Purpose

Responsible for delivering MEP services, ensuring health, safety, and subcontractor performance, while coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Delivers MEP installation, commissioning and testing activities, applying technical expertise and Mace delivery standards.
- Coordinates subcontractors, suppliers and project teams to achieve programme, quality and health and safety objectives.
- Manages interfaces across MEP packages, ensuring effective integration and project delivery.
- Builds strong relationships with clients, consultants, design and construction teams. 
Identifies, mitigates and manages project risks to support successful outcomes.
- Drives the implementation of modern methods of construction, digital innovation and prefabrication across the project.

You’ll need to have:

- Experience in MEP construction and building services delivery.
- Strong understanding of installation, testing, commissioning and quality assurance processes.
- Knowledge of planning, health and safety, risk management and package coordination.
- Familiarity with commercial processes, modern methods of construction and digital technologies.
