### About the Role
Looking for a hands-on production role where you can learn valuable skills on the job? We are seeking a Sealant /Undercoat Operator to join our client's Phoenix team.
In this role, you’ll work directly on production units, applying protective sealants and undercoating. You'll receive structured, 1-on-1 training from an experienced operator to set you up for success.
What You’ll Do
Application: Apply seam sealer and undercoating according to production specifications.
On-the-Job Training: Shadow and learn from an experienced operator until you're fully qualified to work independently.
Workflow Support: Work closely with upstream operators to keep the assembly line moving efficiently and eliminate bottlenecks.
Hands-On Work: Perform physical, tactile manufacturing tasks (note: this is a hands-on role where you will get dirty while working with coatings).
What We’re Looking For
Learnability: Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions provided through structured OJT (On-the-Job Training).
Work Ethic: Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment with chemical sealants and undercoats.
Reliability: Punctual and able to work the 6:00 AM start time, plus overtime/Friday shifts as production demands require.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
