Our ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing engineering, production support, and continuous improvement within industrial, energy, Oil & Gas, or discrete manufacturing environments. The candidate should be capable of improving manufacturing efficiency, supporting production operations, resolving technical challenges, and collaborating effectively across engineering, quality, planning, procurement, and supplier teams.
What You Will Do:
· Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost.
· Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions, process documentation, and QC work methods.
· Conduct time studies and process analysis to improve manufacturing efficiency.
· Design and implement fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing aids.
· Create and maintain engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation.
· Provide technical support to production, quality, planning, and maintenance teams.
· Investigate and resolve non-conformances, quality issues, and rework activities.
· Manage Concession Requests, QNotes, and manufacturing change activities.
· Drive machine and process improvement projects.
· Interface with suppliers, technology teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve manufacturing challenges and support operational goals.
What You Will Bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
· 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering.
· Experience in process development, production support, and continuous improvement.
· Working knowledge of engineering drawings, BOMs, tooling, and manufacturing documentation.
· Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies.
· Strong knowledge of machining, assembly, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
· Experience with BOM management and engineering change control.
· Knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and corrective actions.
· Experience in fixture/tooling design and process optimization.
· Proficiency with CAD tools and Microsoft Office applications.
· Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and digital manufacturing platforms.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project execution skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification.
· Experience in Oil & Gas, industrial equipment, or high-mix low-volume manufacturing environments.
· Knowledge of GD&T, PFMEA, SPC, and manufacturing risk assessment methodologies.
Pay Range: 70000 to 80000 USD
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Onsite: This role is considered an on-site position located in City/Town Name, State
• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
