- End-to-End Client Experience: Own the complete customer lifecycle from evaluation, contracting, and onboarding through servicing and renewal.
- Vertical Strategy: Co-develop industry-specific product roadmaps, partner ecosystems, and commercialization plans for differentiated positioning.
- End-to-End Commercialization: Drive total solution readiness—including pricing, sales enablement, technical delivery, and operational support—across internal and partner channels.
- Customer & Market Insights: Build deep knowledge of mid-market client environments and competitive dynamics to address expressed and latent needs.
- Partner Management: Source and manage third-party partnerships across commercial, legal, technical, and operational dimensions to extend value propositions.
- Execution & Organizational Alignment: Lead precise roadmap execution, cross-functional internal alignment, business health scorecard tracking, and high-performing team culture.

What you need to have:

- 15+ years of product management, product strategy, business transformation, platform leadership, or general management experience.
- 7+ years leading senior product leaders.
- Experience influencing roadmap decisions across multiple product teams.
- Experience delivering platform or ecosystem-based product strategies.
- Experience with payments, commerce, fintech, banking technology, SaaS platforms, or adjacent industries.
- Track record connecting product strategy to measurable commercial outcomes.
- Experience leading large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.
- Experience establishing governance models and operating frameworks.
- Experience driving alignment across organizations with competing priorities.

What would be nice to have:

- Merchant acquiring experience.
- Experience serving mid-market businesses ($10M - $300M revenue range).
- Experience working with indirect channels, referral partners, and financial institutions.
- Experience driving commercialization and go-to-market execution.
