About this role
Essential Responsibilities
· Lead and coordinate daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
· Execute production schedules and ensure manufacturing orders are completed on time and according to plan.
· Direct and support shop personnel to maintain production flow and address daily operational challenges.
· Ensure designated teams follow established manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
· Monitor workforce performance, production output, and workflow efficiency throughout the shift.
· Promote and enforce compliance with all Quality and HSE requirements.
· Identify and escalate production constraints, equipment issues, material shortages, or process deviations impacting operations.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.
· Conduct daily shift communications, staffing coordination, and performance discussions with production teams.
· Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and performance management.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. Also 5 years of proven experience in similar positions with technical background will be considered.
· Experience leading manufacturing or production teams in an industrial environment.
· Strong understanding of production processes, workflow management, and schedule execution.
· Knowledge of Quality Systems, Lean Manufacturing, and HSE practices.
· Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
· English / Reading and understanding preferred.
