About this role
Location: Hybrid - Malta (3 days per week in office)
Reporting to Marketing Manager
Your mission
- Own influencer marketing end-to-end - from sourcing and negotiating deals to managing contracts and ongoing talent relationships
- Build and execute social media and influencer campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other key platforms
- Manage campaign budgets and track ROI, using engagement, views, and click-rate data to optimize performance
- Bring creative, outside-the-box thinking to campaign strategy in a fast-moving, evolving industry
- Act as a well-rounded marketing presence for the business, contributing beyond influencer marketing where needed
- Stay ahead of regulatory shifts affecting influencer marketing (e.g. evolving rules around financial and regulated-product promotion) and adapt sourcing strategy accordingly.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in influencer management, ideally within fintech, regulated consumer products, or similar fast-paced industries
- Solid grasp of Facebook/Meta and core marketing metrics (engagement, views, click-through rate)
- A creative, resourceful approach to problem-solving and campaign design
- Strong communication skills with an easy-going, professional demeanor - someone who builds real rapport with talent and internal teams alike
- A varied CV showing adaptability across different markets or business contexts
- Established network within AU, NZ, or US markets is a strong plus.
