Your Impact

- Reconnect with Customers: Proactively reach out to inactive customers by phone and other channels to encourage them to come back to the platform.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues quickly, and make sure every customer has a positive experience.
- Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their preferences, and tailor offers and promotions to re-engage them.
- Communicate with Impact and Charisma: Engage customers with compelling, confident messaging that makes returning feel like a clear win.

What Makes You a Fit

- At least C1 Level skills in German, spoken and written
- Fluent English
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in online entertainment or another customer-facing B2C environment, ideally as a Reactivation Agent, Customer Support Agent or in a similar role.
Excellent phone communication skills and the ability to engage players effectively.
- Strong initiative and autonomy in your work.
