Acting as the Product Sales Expert (PSE) for our Heltar AI investment, embedded within the regional sales organization and reporting to the regional Sales Director as a key support function to the sales team, to help Sellers and Solution Engineers position, demonstrate, and win deals involving the AI element of our solutions, this role exists to accelerate adoption of Heltar AI within active opportunities and to uncover value-based selling opportunities across our focused verticals. The role is deliberately hands-on: the PSE builds the demo, configures the use case, and deploys the chatbot on the Heltar platform rather than briefing someone else to do it. PSEs are based out of Route Mobile offices alongside the regional sales teams, and are encouraged to spend meaningful time with customer representatives, where working close to the customer's own teams surfaces the next set of use cases the platform can serve. During this incubation phase of the Heltar AI investment, PSEs will also stay engaged beyond the sale — supporting implementation of won deals — with the expectation that this involvement evolves into a dedicated Professional Services capability as the practice matures.
(a) Support Sellers and Solution Engineers on live deals, building working demos and deploying customer-ready chatbots on the Heltar platform → to give every opportunity involving Heltar AI credible technical and commercial backing without requiring the seller to be an AI specialist themselves
(b) Build value-based selling narratives tied to business outcomes in focused verticals → to move conversations beyond features and toward the measurable value Heltar AI creates for specific industries
(c) Feed field intelligence back to Product and GTM teams, drawing on time spent working directly with customer teams → to ensure the Heltar AI roadmap and positioning stay calibrated to real buyer objections, competitive dynamics, and vertical-specific needs
