Your Impact

As a Sr  Software Developer you will utilize superior knowledge and experience to perform complex product design, systems analysis, research, maintenance, troubleshooting and other programming activities. You will also play a key role in the development of work teams by providing others with direction and leadership. You will also be involved in cross-team planning activities such as providing status updates and coordinating activities.

- Produce high quality code according to design specifications.
- Detailed technical design of highly complex software components.
- Utilize superior analytical skills to troubleshoot and fix highly complex code defects.
- Propose creative solutions or alternatives balancing risk, complexity, and effort to meet requirements.
- Lead software design/code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
- Leverages AI/GenAI tools and techniques across the software development lifecycle & solutions  to improve engineering productivity, speed of delivery and solution effectiveness.
- Demonstrates a cross-functional engineering mindset, contributing across development, quality engineering, test automation, troubleshooting, and release readiness to drive end-to-end product outcomes.
- Lead and mentor other team members.
- Collaborate with Product Owner to plan and prioritize tasks for others to support the achievement of team objectives.
- Work across teams and functional roles to ensure interoperability among other products, including training and consultation.
- Provide status updates to stakeholders and escalates issues when necessary.
- Lead and/or participate in the software development process from design to release in an Agile Development Framework.

What you need to Succeed

- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Solid experience in Java, J2EE.
- Solid experience in J2EE Web technologies and frameworks
- Good Experience in working with J2EE App server (Weblogic, Tomcat,Jboss, Websphere)
- Good experience in SQL,ORM, DB tools and frameworks
- Experience utilizing GenAi/AI tools(GenAI powered copilots etc..) to accelerate development & enhance quality & productivity..
- Experience developing applications powered by Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies.
- Knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI Agents, MCP, Copilot integrations, and AI-driven workflows.
- Experience integrating AI services through APIs and building intelligent user experiences.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI-enabled application deployments.
- Good experience in Client side technologies (CSS, HTML, JavaScript ) and frameworks.
- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Ability to develop intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Experience configuring and integrating LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect, or SAML-based authentication systems.
- Experience with cloud-native development, containers, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working on AI-driven digital experience platforms, enterprise portals, or SaaS products is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of web application security best practices and secure coding standards.
- Experience handling security vulnerabilities, authentication, authorization, and access control implementation.
- Perform software design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, maintenance, and support activities.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Maintain high-quality code through code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
- Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, design artifacts, and implementation guides.
- Collaborate effectively with product management, architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
