You will be the Subcontract Program Management Senior Manager for the Subcontract Program Management Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and driving program success.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Program Management Senior Manager you will be responsible for leading subordinate teams, managing subcontract performance, and guiding strategic sourcing initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

* Directing cost, quality, schedule, and technical performance of subcontracted systems.
* Developing and executing strategic subcontract management plans.
* Leading cross‑functional teams of engineers, quality, and procurement professionals.
* Negotiating contracts and managing risk throughout the subcontract lifecycle.
* Ensuring milestone objectives are met and contractual specifications are satisfied.

Basic Qualifications

Education & Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
* Minimum 12+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations within aerospace/defense manufacturing
* Minimum 5+ years in a senior management or director-level role with P&L or operational budget responsibility
* Proven experience leading large-scale process transformation initiatives

Technical & Functional Skills

* Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement engineering, and risk analytics
* Strong background in munition production acceleration or high-volume defense manufacturing
* Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
* Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Lockheed Martin–specific platforms)
* Familiarity with defense acquisition regulations, ITAR, and government contract compliance

Leadership & Behavioral Competencies

* Executive presence with ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
* Exceptional change management and organizational communication skills
* Analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into actionable strategy

Desired Skills

1. Direct experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) munition programs or defense logistics.
2. Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related project management methodologies.
3. Prior experience in a Performance Strategy, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence role.
4. Familiarity with Lockheed Martin’s GSC operating model and digital toolsets.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00
