Continuous Improvement Engineer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Engineer to identify opportunities that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance processes. This role requires planning, executing, and monitoring continuous improvement activities, prioritizing initiatives based on their impact and benefit. Responsibilities

- Analyze data to plan, organize, and execute continuous improvement activities.
- Establish continuous improvement goals and execute plans to achieve them.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to foster a continuous improvement mindset across the organization.
- Assist Manufacturing Engineers to improve manufacturing yield rates, equipment uptime, and throughput.
- Support Quality Assurance Engineers in addressing product quality issues.
- Provide training for updated processes as needed.
- Track continuous improvement results and prepare and present project updates to leadership.

Essential Skills

- Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in an engineering field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in the medical device and/or biotechnology industry.
- Project management experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in industrial engineering and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with time studies.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
