Job Title: Associate Manager, Fund of Funds and Private Equity Accounting
Locations: New York City (hybrid)

As an Associate Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, mentoring team members, and driving operational excellence in a collaborative, fast-paced environment for Fund of Funds Accounting.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the U.S. Client Service Fund Accounting team, helping manage workflow, priorities, and deliverables.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor accounting professionals while supporting their growth and development.
- Review fund accounting deliverables, including P&L reporting, NAV calculations, pricing, and economic allocations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, partner capital statements, and other client reporting.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as a key point of contact and ensuring high-quality service.
- Support new client onboardings, fund launches, reorganizations, and platform conversions.
- Resolve fund accounting and operational issues while escalating complex matters as appropriate.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support to team members and clients.
- Coordinate audit requests and support the external audit process.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, testing, and
- implementation projects.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of fund accounting experience with a fund administrator
- 1+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements, audit support, and investor allocations
- Solid understanding of corporate actions
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with a broad range of financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, repurchase agreements, futures, foreign exchange, mortgages, or options
What Sets You Apart
- Geneva fund accounting platform experience
- CPA, CFA, or progress toward a professional certification
- Demonstrated success improving operational processes or mentoring junior team members
- Experience with fund of funds

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.

New York: The expected base salary for the position is between $70,000 USD to $135,000 USD.
In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company’s discretion.
