Qualifications
What You'll Do
As a PRN LPN with SHP, youll be an important part of a dedicated healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate, hands-on nursing care and monitoring patient progress
- Completing accurate assessments and clinical documentation
- Administering medications according to physician orders and nursing standards
- Supporting treatment plans and responding appropriately to medical emergencies
- Using critical thinking and sound clinical judgment to deliver quality patient care
- Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes
