Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of business functions, including production, operations, engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership positions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates for critical hiring initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact supporting high-volume hiring projects while gaining exposure to diverse business units and recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary recruiting contact for hiring managers and business leadership.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing techniques.
- Support multiple open requisitions simultaneously, with an expected workload of approximately 20-30 positions at any given time.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Present qualified candidates and provide guidance to hiring teams during the selection process.
- Collaborate with recruiting coordinators, sourcing partners, and external agencies as needed.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within applicant tracking systems.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and drive initiatives to reduce time-to-fill while maintaining quality-of-hire standards.
- Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
- Provide regular recruiting status updates to leadership, including pipeline activity, hiring challenges, and progress toward goals.
- Participate in cross-functional recruitment projects and support hiring initiatives across multiple business areas when needed.

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-4 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to support multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to analyze recruiting data and leverage metrics to drive hiring decisions.
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred

- Experience supporting high-volume recruitment environments.
- Agency recruiting, corporate recruiting, or blended talent acquisition experience.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Irving, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
