## Our Team, Your Impact
The Senior Manager Business Process Analyst, Commercial Data Platforms plays a critical role in advancing Teva's Commercial Data & Digital Solutions strategy by partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and data-driven solutions. This role serves as a key liaison between Commercial business functions and technology teams, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into capabilities that drive operational efficiency, actionable insights, and business value.
The candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of commercial data platforms supporting Analytics, Reporting, Master Data, AI-enabled solutions, and commercial business operations. The individual will collaborate across multiple functions to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation, while ensuring alignment with business goals, enterprise standards, and regulatory requirements.
*This role is 2-3 days onsite at our Parsippany, NJ office*
The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis expertise, data acumen, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation, to drive business outcomes across the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape.
## How You’ll Spend Your Day
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Partner with Commercial leaders, data stakeholders, and technology teams to understand business priorities and strategic objectives.
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation for complex commercial technology initiatives.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, use cases, and solution designs.
- Analyze current and future-state processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, data engineers, and vendors to deliver solutions aligned with business and enterprise standards.
- Support scalable data solutions across customer, sales, claims, marketing, managed markets, patient services, and field engagement domains.
Commercial Data & Digital Transformation
- Support commercial data platforms, analytics, reporting, master data management, and system integration initiatives.
- Identify and implement AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities.
- Define business use cases, success metrics, and implementation strategies for emerging technologies.
- Leverage data and process analysis to improve insights, decision-making, and operational performance.
- Promote data quality, governance, and stewardship best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements, align priorities, and build consensus.
- Partner with stakeholders across Commercial Operations, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Sales, Analytics, and IT.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, providing business analysis expertise and recommendations.
- Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of business and technology objectives.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Delivery & Business Readiness
- Support project execution using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Maintain key project artifacts, including requirements, process maps, impact assessments, and traceability documentation.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, validation activities, and solution readiness reviews.
- Support training, change management, adoption, and business readiness efforts.
- Monitor solution performance and drive continuous improvement through feedback and metrics.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise standards, data governance policies, privacy requirements, and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Support compliance reviews and required documentation for commercial data and digital platforms.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and end-to-end traceability for requirements, approvals, and solution decisions.
## Your Skills and Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline required.
- Advanced degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Process Improvement, Commercial Operations, Data Management, or related functions within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences organizations.
- Strong knowledge of commercial healthcare data domains, including sales, claims, call activity, marketing, customer master, managed markets, specialty pharmacy, and patient support data.
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Commercial Analytics, and related business functions.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, analytics solutions, reporting environments, customer engagement platforms, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Proven experience delivering digital transformation, data integration, master data management, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, prioritize, document, and manage complex business and functional requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory, privacy, legal, and compliance requirements.
## Also Good to Have
- Experience supporting Commercial Data Platforms within pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations.
- Experience working with healthcare data providers such as IQVIA, Veeva, Definitive Healthcare, AHA, AMA, or similar sources.
- Familiarity with MDM and Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions.
- Experience with AI, Machine Learning, GenAI, or intelligent automation initiatives.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum, or Data Management certifications.

## Salary Range
The annual starting salary for this position is between $124,480 – 155,600 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
