## Our Team, Your Impact
The Associate Director, Commercial Data Platforms is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the vision, delivery, and operational excellence of Teva's Commercial Data Platforms ecosystem. This position serves as a key liaison between Commercial business stakeholders and Information Technology, ensuring the successful delivery of data, analytics, reporting, dashboarding, and digital capabilities that enable effective decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Analytics, Data Strategy & Governance, Field Operations, and other commercial functions.
The Associate Director will lead the development and evolution of enterprise data and analytics solutions that support commercial operations, product launches, business performance management, and digital transformation initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas. This role combines commercial business acumen, data platform expertise, cloud technology leadership, and vendor management to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that accelerate business growth and operational effectiveness.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping Teva's commercial data and analytics strategy, driving cloud modernization initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and enabling advanced analytics and AI-driven business capabilities. The position requires strong cross-functional leadership, the ability to influence without authority, and experience managing globally distributed teams and strategic technology partners.

## How You’ll Spend Your Day
Leadership & Program Management
- Lead strategic Commercial Data & Analytics programs that drive business transformation, operational excellence, and product launch readiness.
- Partner with business stakeholders to develop technology roadmaps, investment strategies, business cases, and value realization plans aligned with commercial priorities.
- Drive portfolio planning, demand management, and prioritization across Analytics, Commercial Operations, Data Governance, Incentive Compensation, Forecasting, and related functions.
- Establish program governance, manage budgets, resources, vendors, risks, and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with senior business and IT leaders and influence decision-making through effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
Technology Strategy & Innovation
- Lead the evolution of commercial data and analytics platforms supporting reporting, business intelligence, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Provide strategic direction on technology architecture, platform modernization, cloud transformation, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Drive innovation initiatives, proofs of concept, and adoption of scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Security, and Commercial IT teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and future-state business requirements.
Commercial Data Platform Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial data, analytics, reporting, dashboarding, and business intelligence solutions.
- Oversee development and support teams to ensure operational excellence, platform reliability, and high-quality service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvements in data acquisition, integration, transformation, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
- Support product launches and commercial initiatives through performance reporting, customer analytics, launch measurement, and decision-support solutions.
- Ensure effective utilization of enterprise data assets to improve field force effectiveness, customer engagement, business planning, and market performance.
Cloud Transformation & Operational Excellence
- Lead cloud modernization initiatives to improve platform scalability, reliability, security, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and cloud-native capabilities.
- Establish performance metrics and operational standards while identifying opportunities for optimization, cost management, automation, and service improvement.
- Partner with engineering teams to enhance system availability, incident management, and service delivery within enterprise governance and compliance frameworks.
Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Commercial Analytics, Sales Operations, Incentive Compensation, Forecasting, Data Governance, and other business leaders.
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance through data, analytics, AI, and technology innovation.
- Collaborate across Commercial IT, Data Engineering, Architecture, Security, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
## Your Skills and Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related discipline required.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Data, Analytics, Information Technology, or Digital Transformation roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
- Strong expertise supporting Commercial Sales Analytics, Commercial Operations, Market Access, Forecasting, Incentive Compensation, and Commercial Reporting functions.
- Proven experience leading large-scale data and analytics transformation programs from strategy through execution.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs involving business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.
- Strong financial management skills, including budget planning, forecasting, business case development, and return-on-investment analysis.
- Demonstrated success leading geographically distributed teams and external vendor organizations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and business acumen.
- Experience developing cloud-based data and analytics solutions that support complex commercial business processes.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years supporting Commercial Sales Analytics, Commercial Operations, and Data Management functions within the pharmaceutical industry.
- 8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, and cloud-based architectures.
- 5+ years of experience managing technology vendors, systems integrators, and managed service organizations.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercial data assets, including:
- Demonstrated experience supporting field force effectiveness, sales performance measurement, product launch analytics, and commercial business intelligence initiatives.
- Strong expertise in cloud-based data warehousing, data engineering, and analytics platforms.
- Experience leading enterprise cloud transformation and modernization programs.
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Databricks, Salesforce, Informatica, and modern integration technologies.
- Experience with Generative AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, and Advanced Analytics initiatives.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, CSPO, ITIL, SAFe, Six Sigma, AWS Certification, Databricks Certification, or equivalent credentials preferred.

## Salary Range
The annual starting salary for this position is between $153,680 – 192,100 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
