Avivo is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our Mental Health Clinic team in a part-time position working approximately 2 hours per week . This role provides an opportunity to contribute specialized psychological expertise while supporting high-quality, person-centered behavioral health services. Working within an integrated behavioral health environment, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide assessment, consultation, and therapeutic services that support client wellness, recovery, and stability.

What You'll Do

- Conduct psychological assessments, testing, and diagnostic evaluations.

- Provide clinical consultation regarding assessment findings and treatment recommendations.

- Complete diagnostic assessments and support ongoing treatment planning.

- Offer specialized psychological expertise to interdisciplinary treatment teams.

- Provide individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy services as assigned.

- Assist with crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization services when appropriate.

- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, care coordinators, and other providers to support integrated client care.

- Consult with internal teams and community partners regarding client needs and treatment recommendations.

- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation and billing records.

- Support culturally responsive, recovery-oriented, and trauma-informed practices that promote equitable access to behavioral health services.

Qualifications

What You Bring

- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.

- Current licensure as a Psychologist in the State of Minnesota.

- Qualification as a Mental Health Professional under Minnesota requirements.

- Experience conducting psychological assessments, testing, diagnosis, and psychotherapy.

- Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral health practices.

- Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health conditions and co-occurring disorders.

- Ability to build effective working relationships with clients, families, colleagues, and community partners.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation requirements.

- Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and person-centered care.
