Boddington is a flagship Newmont gold and copper operation in Western Australia, located about 130 kilometres south-east of Perth and 16 kilometres from the rural town of Boddington. As one of Australia's largest gold producers, Boddington is recognised for its leadership in innovation and technology, including becoming the world's first gold mine to implement an Autonomous Haulage System.

##### Your Contribution
As a Lead Study , you'll lead and coordinate a portfolio of study activities, working across technical, permitting, social performance, governance and evaluation functions to support informed project decisions. You'll engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and help deliver high-quality study outcomes that align with business objectives.
##### As Part of Our Team, You Will
- Lead and coordinate studies from Scoping through to Pre-Feasibility, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across technical, permitting, social performance, project controls, project evaluation, and governance functions.
- Evaluate study outcomes, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to support project success.
- Prepare and present reports, findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Manage multiple priorities and a diverse portfolio of work while fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
##### Prerequisites for Success in This Role
- 2-5 years' experience in studies, project coordination, project management, consulting, governance, social performance, evaluation, or a related field.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, organize work effectively, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to adapt quickly and work successfully across diverse cultures and teams.
