Standard Job Description

Manages, from time-to-time leads, the development and implementation of industrial development/offset (see terms as referenced in CRX-454) in support of current and/or future industrial cooperation obligations. Oversees the maintenance of relationships with international industries and with offset organizations within foreign governments to understand their offset regulations and expectations. Directs the establishment of agreements with offset customers, suppliers and industrial partners that meet customer country industrial regulations/ requirements. Manages the implementation of industrial and/or offset programs that satisfy commitments on schedule and within program budget. Directs the reporting on offset progress, and ensures offset commitments are implemented in accordance with relevant policies and procedures. Responsible for providing leadership, including mentoring, professional development and support for all assigned and deployed personnel, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Leads day-to-day operations of the Industrial Development department. Focuses on contractual obligations. Provides matrix leadership for offset/industrial program implementation. Provides liaison and interface with program management. Provides direct personnel leadership of offset program implementation personnel. Ensures requisite training/education and development needs are identified and met.

* Bachelors Degree from an Accrediated college or 5 years professional experience in finance, supply chain/procurement, engineering, business or related discipline in absence of Bachelors Degree

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.

* Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $131100.00 - $243500.00
* Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
* Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $118000.00 - $219100.00
* Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
* Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $104900.00 - $194700.00
* Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
* Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $94400.00 - $175200.00
* Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Lufkin, TX; etc.
