Responsibilities
- Plan and execute machining operations by interpreting technical blueprints.
- Collaborate closely with mill operators to ensure precision and quality in production.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Fabrication teams to streamline machining processes.
- Develop Mastercam 2024 programs for complex 3D contour prototype models.

Requirements
- 5–10 years of CNC programming experience using Mastercam 2024, with a focus on complex 3D contour models.
- Experience machining prototypes and unique, complex parts.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
- Experience coordinating with mill operators, Engineering, and Fabrication teams.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident due to ITAR requirements.
- Available to work 1st shift with flexibility for weekly overtime.
- DoD clearance preferred but not required.
- Experience with 5-axis machines preferred.
- Aerospace R&D experience preferred.
