Job Description
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain accurate records and data using Excel and Aconex .
- Prepare, organize, and track documents, reports, and project-related information.
- Ensure proper document control and timely distribution of project correspondence.
- Maintain accurate Excel trackers, databases, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and project stakeholders to ensure smooth document flow.
- Monitor document status, submissions, approvals, and revisions through Aconex.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
- Ensure all documentation is maintained in line with company and project requirements.
- Administer the company's quality assurance program procedures to maintain compliance and documentation integrity.
- Manage document production, including reproduction of drawings and technical materials for production teams and organizational staff.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience .
- Strong hands-on experience with Aconex .
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel , including formulas, data management, tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and document management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Qualifications
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in document control, records management, or related field
- Advanced proficiency with Aconex platform, including document management, tracking, and distribution workflows
- Expert-level competency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data management, database administration, and reporting capabilities
- Demonstrated expertise in establishing and maintaining comprehensive document control systems and protocols
- Proven ability to manage complex document workflows and ensure strict adherence to quality assurance standards
- Exceptional organizational and records management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and execute multiple complex tasks with precision
- Proficiency in document production and technical material reproduction processes
