Are you a student or recent graduate seeking an international career in project performance, financial governance and business operations?
Ericsson offers a structured 12-month program combining training, mentoring and supervised practical experience. You will learn how projects are planned and monitored, and how data supports business decisions.
What you will do
• Support project forecasts, plans and financial data.
• Monitor performance indicators and execution trends.
• Contribute to governance reporting and management reviews.
• Analyze variances between plans, forecasts and actual results.
• Coordinate information across Project Management, Delivery and Finance.
• Prepare reports and turn data into clear insights.
• Support digitalization, automation and AI-enabled improvements.
• Follow governance, compliance and financial control principles.
You will bring
• A degree, or be close to graduating, in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Good communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Curiosity, initiative, ownership and willingness to learn.
• Interest in project management and financial performance management.
• Professional English and comfort working in multicultural environments.
Experience with data analysis tools, advanced Excel, Power BI, automation, scripting or AI is an advantage.
