As a Project Coordinator within AI Data Centre Services (AIDCS), you will play a critical role in supporting the successful deployment of AI and data centre infrastructure solutions across global customer environments.
Reporting to the AIDCS Business Operations & PMO Manager , you will coordinate project activities across supply chain, logistics, deployment operations, and stakeholder communications to ensure infrastructure deployments are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with customer requirements.
This role is highly cross-functional and requires close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers. A key focus will be managing the end-to-end coordination of infrastructure equipment, including networking, power distribution, liquid cooling systems, and related components, ensuring deployment readiness and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Deployment Coordination
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of global AI and data centre infrastructure deployment projects.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
- Coordinate activities across internal teams, customers, vendors, logistics providers, and installation partners.
- Track project actions, issues, risks, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, deployment records, and operational reports.

Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Manage purchase requests and oversee infrastructure equipment tracking from order placement through final customer delivery.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams and external partners to ensure equipment availability and deployment readiness.
- Monitor domestic and international shipments, customs requirements, import/export activities, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain inventory and tracking records for critical deployment components.
- Identify potential supply chain or logistics risks and proactively drive mitigation plans.

Reporting & Operational Excellence
- Maintain project information within project management and business operations tools, including Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and related systems.
- Produce regular status reports, dashboards, KPI tracking, and deployment metrics for project stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Support governance processes, project reviews, and operational reporting activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery efficiency, execution quality, and customer satisfaction.

Service Support & Asset Management
- Coordinate ongoing water maintenance schedules and service activities for deployed liquid cooling solutions.
- Ensure operational records are maintained and service activities are completed according to established schedules and procedures.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Deployment Support, or a related field.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and international teams.
- Strong understanding of supply chain coordination, equipment tracking, delivery management, and operational processes.
- Experience working with international logistics and customs requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within technology, data centre, cloud, infrastructure, networking, telecommunications, or engineering environments.
- Exposure to AI, HPC (High Performance Computing), Hybrid Cloud, networking, or large-scale infrastructure deployment projects.
- Knowledge of global logistics operations and technical services delivery.
- Experience supporting international customers and geographically distributed teams.
- Project management certifications (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) are a plus.
- Spanish and English bilingual proficiency; additional languages are advantageous.
