The WW Commercial Enterprise Marketing Leader reports to the Executive Director, WW Product & Segment Marketing. The Global Commercial Enterprise Marketing Director will be a senior member of the Worldwide Product & Segment Marketing leadership team, partnering closely with Commercial Business Unit leadership, Geo Marketing, Sales and senior functional stakeholders across Lenovo.
Role Overview
This is a pivotal global leadership role within Lenovo’s Personal Computing & Smart Devices Division (PCSD), at a defining moment for the Commercial Enterprise business. The Global Commercial Enterprise Marketing Leader will set the strategic direction and lead the global marketing agenda, helping to accelerate long-term, profitable growth across Lenovo’s enterprise customer base.
The role offers the opportunity to shape how Lenovo brings its full portfolio of devices, infrastructure, services and solutions to market—building a more customer-led, insight-driven and commercially accountable marketing engine. Leading a global organization spanning product, campaign, vertical and solutions marketing, this executive will strengthen Lenovo’s position as a premium provider of transformational technology for enterprise.
A major opportunity will be to establish Lenovo’s AI leadership within the Enterprise market: translating AI innovation, AI PCs, intelligent infrastructure and services into compelling customer value propositions, differentiated market narratives and new sources of growth.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished, strategic and commercially minded executive, with a proven ability to lead transformation and deliver measurable business impact in a complex global environment. They will bring together customer insight, brand, product marketing, demand generation, digital, communications and account-based marketing to create a more integrated, distinctive and effective go-to-market model across Worldwide and Geo teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global Commercial Enterprise marketing strategy, aligned to Lenovo’s business priorities, growth ambitions and PCSD portfolio strategy.
- Lead the global product, campaign, vertical and solutions marketing organization, ensuring clear value propositions, differentiated messaging and integrated go-to-market activation for enterprise customers.
- Establish a clear AI marketing leadership agenda for the Enterprise business, translating Lenovo’s AI innovation into relevant customer narratives, category leadership and commercial growth.
- Partner with Commercial Business Unit leadership, Geo Marketing, Sales and key functional teams to translate global strategy into locally relevant activation across North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia Pacific.
- Build insight-led marketing strategies rooted in enterprise customer needs, market trends, competitive intelligence and segmentation to improve relevance, acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
- Drive integrated demand generation and account-based marketing programs that deliver qualified opportunities, pipeline contribution and measurable revenue impact.
- Set a rigorous performance management framework, including KPIs that measure customer behavior, marketing effectiveness, pipeline progression, revenue contribution and channel performance.
- Lead the development of an integrated content and communications strategy that strengthens enterprise brand consideration, engages customers throughout the buying journey and creates demand for Lenovo’s full solutions portfolio.
- Strengthen Lenovo’s commercial enterprise brand positioning and competitive differentiation across products, solutions, channels and customer touchpoints.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through talent development, operating-model evolution, process improvement and disciplined investment decisions.
- Build and lead a high-performing global team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Lead with influence across a complex matrix organization, aligning senior stakeholders and teams behind shared commercial outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including significant experience leading global or multi-market B2B or Enterprise marketing organizations.
- Demonstrated success in technology marketing, with deep understanding of enterprise customer segments, complex buying journeys and the evolving technology landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across brand, product marketing, demand generation, digital, content, communications and account-based marketing.
- Experience bringing emerging technology and innovation to market, ideally including AI-led products, services or solutions.
- Strong experience building and leading high-performing, geographically dispersed teams within a matrixed global organization.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales environments, channel and distribution models, sales enablement and partner-led marketing.
- Expertise in marketing measurement, customer data, campaign management, reporting and analytics, with the ability to translate performance data into action.
- Experience across digital marketing, including web and eCommerce strategy, marketing automation, lead management, paid media, search and email.
- Commercial understanding of pricing, promotional strategy, competitive positioning, revenue planning and sales performance.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is 161,600–247,710 USD . Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
