Full-Time | Boston Territory
Monday–Friday | No Weekends, No Holiday Shifts, No On-Call

What You’ll Do
- Deliver physical therapy services under the treatment plan established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and function to support greater independence.
- Monitor progress and promptly communicate changes in condition or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
- Teach patients and caregivers exercises and techniques that support continued progress at home.
- Provide instruction on the safe use of canes, walkers, wheelchairs, prosthetics, and orthotics.
- Deliver safe, high-quality care consistent with physician orders, clinical standards, and state practice guidelines.
What You’ll Bring
- A current, unrestricted Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license .
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Six months or more of PTA experience preferred.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including assisting with patient positioning, transfers, and equipment.
- Reliable transportation between patient homes and assigned work locations. If driving, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
