We are looking for a Process Operator to join our team at Andover.
Location – Andover Warehouse
Working Shifts – Monday to Thursday from 8:00-17:00 and Fridays 8:00-13:00
What will you do:
- Assemble components and sub-assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and SOPs.
- Support filling, labelling, packing, and inspection activities using a combination of automated and manual process steps.
- Complete production records accurately and maintain compliance with procedures and documentation requirements.
- Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of product quality, manufacturing, assembly, or electrical issues to improve product quality and production efficiency.
- Manufacture chemical indicators in accordance with approved procedures, work instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve product or process issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and actively contribute ideas to improve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organised condition in line with Health & Safety and 5S standards.
- Work collaboratively with plant teams to achieve production targets and business objectives.
- Adhere to company quality policies, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing procedures.

Preferred Knowledge:
- A mechanical/electrical mindset (desirable)
- Be able to read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams
- Good product knowledge (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail with accurate and clear documentation skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Electrical and/or mechanical assembly knowledge (advantageous)
- General electrical background (advantageous)
- Proactive approach with willingness to self-develop
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
- Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Continuous Improvement systems (desirable)
