Position Summary
At Jet Aviation, we enable global flight with passion by combining technical expertise, operational excellence, and outstanding service. As a Fueling Agent, you will play an essential role in ensuring that aircraft are safely and efficiently fueled and ready for their next journey.
Working with both airline and general or business aviation customers, you will operate fueling equipment, follow strict safety procedures, and provide professional service to aircraft crews and colleagues. This is a practical, responsible role for someone who enjoys working in an operational environment and takes pride in getting every detail right.
## Your Role
- Refuel and defuel a wide range of aircraft according to applicable regulations, customer requirements, and the correct fuel grade and quantity
- Operate, maintain, and carry out regular checks on fueling equipment
- Complete fuel-related documentation and administration, including fuel tickets, system entries, checklists, and filing
- Apply the specific fueling requirements for different types of aircraft
- Communicate professionally with aircraft crews and colleagues using radio equipment
- Follow Jet Aviation’s safety, quality, operational, and environmental procedures
- Identify and report hazards, near misses, and other occurrences
- Support additional tasks and projects as required

What You Bring
- Valid Category C truck driver’s license
- Previous experience with aircraft fueling, fuel products, or fueling processes is an advantage
- Good spoken and written English, German is a plus
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and hands-on approach to work
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and remain focused in a busy operational environment
- Friendly, helpful, and professional manner when working with customers and colleagues
- Strong commitment to quality and a passion for delivering excellent service
