Position Summary
The Cabin Cleaner is responsible for supporting Huntleigh USA's commitment to providing exceptional service to airline passengers by maintaining clean, safe, and orderly aircraft interiors. This role ensures aircraft are properly sanitized, free of prohibited items, and ready for passenger use while maintaining compliance with Huntleigh USA, airline, and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) safety and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Vacuum aircraft carpets and seating areas.
- Wipe and sanitize interior surfaces, tray tables, galleys, lavatories, and passenger touchpoints.
- Remove trash and assist with proper disposal procedures.
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct thorough aircraft security searches as trained and required.
- Inspect designated aircraft areas during each cleaning assignment.
- Remain alert to safety hazards and report concerns immediately.
- Follow all company safety procedures when operating equipment and handling cleaning chemicals.
- Comply with TSA aircraft search requirements and security protocols.
- Complete incident reports for accidents, damages, or unusual events.
- Maintain professional appearance and adherence to company uniform standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass an FBI background check.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety, security, and quality standards.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Work Environment
- Work is performed in busy airport and aircraft environments.
- Exposure to moving equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels.
- May work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, and outdoor elements.

Qualifications
General Qualifications:
· 18 and over
· Reliable transportation
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Eligible to work in the United States
· Aircraft cleaning experience (preferred, but not required)
· Eligible to pass an FBI background check (for airport badge clearance purposes)
