Job Title: Engineering Administrator Job Description
The Engineering Administrator supports packaging and engineering data processes by accurately loading, reviewing, and approving technical documentation and records. This role focuses on maintaining data integrity, coordinating documentation workflows, and providing administrative support to packaging change requests in an office-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Load data to establish new Packaging RCM IDs in the appropriate systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Load and approve Technical Data Packages (TDPs) in accordance with established procedures.
- Review and approve Product Information Forms (PIFs), ensuring completeness and consistency of information.
- Push GPCS data and ensure that all related records are updated and maintained correctly.
- Support packaging change requests by coordinating documentation, tracking updates, and ensuring timely processing.
- Verify data by comparing data inputs to source documents to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Perform document control activities, including organizing, updating, and maintaining engineering and packaging records.
- Provide general administrative and data entry support to engineering and packaging teams.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project management and administration of engineering documentation.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for engineering and packaging documentation.

- Experience with data entry and document control in an office or engineering administration setting.
- Basic understanding of project management and engineering administration processes.

Work Environment
This role is based in an office environment focused on engineering and packaging administration. Work is primarily performed on computers using Microsoft Office and internal data management systems. The position involves regular interaction with engineering and packaging teams, handling documentation, and managing data in a structured and organized setting. Standard office attire is expected, and the workday typically consists of routine administrative and documentation tasks carried out at a workstation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
