About The Role

As a Center Manager in our Clinic Management department, you will oversee the daily operations of a busy clinical center, ensuring a high standard of patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This salaried, full-time position requires a hands-on leader who can manage staff, streamline workflows, monitor performance, and cultivate a positive and professional environment for both patients and team members. You will collaborate closely with medical and administrative leadership to align center activities with organizational goals, deliver exceptional service, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of center operations.

What You'll Do

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic center to ensure efficient, safe, and patient-focused service delivery.
- Manage, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff, including scheduling, performance feedback, and training support.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient flow, wait times, patient satisfaction, and operational costs, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical, regulatory, safety, and privacy standards, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care delivery and optimize patient experience.
- Manage center budgets, review expenses, and contribute to financial planning and forecasting for the clinic.
- Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and front-desk operations to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and service quality.
- Handle escalated patient concerns and service issues, resolving them promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation for audits, quality programs, and leadership review.
- Lead or support the implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies to improve clinic efficiency and care quality.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the center.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure a safe and well-functioning environment.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinic management, healthcare administration, or a similar role overseeing center or facility operations.
- Proven experience supervising or leading a team in a clinical, healthcare, or service environment.
- Strong understanding of outpatient clinic workflows, scheduling, and patient service best practices.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and patient privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, monitor operational metrics, and support financial goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and clinical leadership.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office or similar).
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and escalated concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
