AI is part of how we work:

Human judgment, expertise, and creativity remain essential and are amplified by AI. We expect everyone in this role to use AI thoughtfully and proactively to accelerate their performance, improve the quality of their work, and explore new possibilities. We are looking for people who are curious, adaptable, and excited to help shape an AI-enabled culture that delivers better outcomes for our customers and our company.

Job brief:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Lead to own day-to-day operations for The Weather Company's global strategic partnerships including Mobile OEMs, Content and Data Licensing.. This role sits between Consumer Operations, Business Development and Product as the primary day-to-day counterpart, responsible for partner success, escalation handling, business reviews, KPI delivery, and the cross-functional orchestration that keeps every commitment on track.

Join us as we scale one of the company's most important partnerships. We move fast, and we need someone who can bring order to a fast-moving, high-stakes relationship while keeping both sides aligned on the same numbers and the same commitments.

The impact you'll make:

- Serve as the partners’ primary point of contact and orchestrate Product, Engineering, Design, BI and UXR to proactively manage blockers and maintain pace of execution.

- Own escalations, contract triggers, and KPI delivery for partnerships so nothing falls through the cracks.

- Build and maintain the analytics and revenue-reconciliation infrastructure so internal and external stakeholders work off the same data.

- Own delivery and monetization tracking for video, localization, syndication, and AI-feed content.

- Feed operational data and cross-functional coordination into BD- and Product-led strategy on partner positioning, international expansion, new surfaces, and ads.

- Act as first responder on partner-reported bugs, outages, and feature requests across external and internal partners.

- Own the incident channel, executive communications, and root-cause process on P0/P1 issues.

- Own the agenda, KPIs, and delivery of the weekly and monthly business reviews.

- Reconcile revenue across Finance, BD, and Analytics on a monthly basis and own the attribution taxonomy behind reporting and revenue.

- Track contract terms — exclusivity, guarantees, notice windows — well ahead of renewals so nothing is a surprise.

What you've accomplished:

- Partner/Account Management: experience running a large, multi-faceted partner or account relationship, ideally with contractual, technical, and commercial dimensions.

- Cross-Functional Orchestration: strong track record coordinating Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing to keep delivery on pace without owning the underlying roadmap.

- Data Fluency: comfortable building and owning reporting/analytics infrastructure; able to sit as a peer next to a partner's dedicated analyst.

- Executive Presence: experience representing a company directly to senior partner stakeholders on a recurring basis.

- Calm Under Pressure: structured, level-headed judgment when handling live escalations and ambiguous, fast-moving issues.

- International Fluency: comfort operating across geographies and time zones — partnerships span Korea, the U.S., and Europe.

- 5-8+ years of progressive experience in partner operations, business operations, or account management, ideally including a large platform or OEM relationship.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Base Salary: $200,000 - $235,000
The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
