This role is 100% on-site in Washington, DC at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB).

Job Description:

Blake Willson Group (BWG) is seeking an experienced RMIC Program Manager to oversee the execution and governance of a complex Federal professional services program supporting Risk Management and Internal Controls (RMIC), financial management, and audit readiness initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Federal financial management programs, coordinating multiple task orders, and leading teams to deliver high-quality results in support of Government objectives. In this position, you will also:

- Serve as the primary Contractor point of contact for BPA-level execution, governance, and coordination with Government representatives.

- Oversee staffing, resource allocation, schedule coordination, and performance across active call orders.

- Manage and coordinate teams supporting RMIC, internal controls, audit readiness, and risk management initiatives.

- Identify, assess, and escalate program risks, performance issues, and potential gaps to ensure timely resolution.

- Coordinate with Government stakeholders and task order leads to maintain alignment on priorities, deliverables, and program objectives.

- Apply applicable Federal regulations, policies, and standards to support effective risk management and internal control practices.

- Monitor program execution and schedules to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet contractual requirements.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience supporting Federal financial management, internal control, audit readiness, audit support, and/or risk management programs.

- 5+ years of experience managing teams and schedules for complex Federal professional services engagements.

- 5+ years of experience managing multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and engaging effectively with Government stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

- Experience identifying program risks, evaluating control gaps, and coordinating issue resolution.

- Experience overseeing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) execution and governance across multiple task orders.

- Experience leading teams supporting Risk Management and Internal Controls (RMIC) engagements.

- Familiarity with applicable Federal financial management regulations, internal control frameworks, and audit readiness standards.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desired.

At Blake Willson Group, we believe in transparency and fairness in compensation practices. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $190,000 in the United States. Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
