About the role

EIC Activities is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Engineering Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney .

The Senior Digital Engineering Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership, governance and operational oversight of Digital Engineering services across EIC and the CIMIC operating companies. The role drives the adoption of digital engineering practices, standards, systems and innovation to enhance project delivery, improve information management outcomes and support business performance.

The position leads the development and implementation of Digital Engineering strategies, fosters capability growth across the business, and ensures consistent application of digital engineering governance, systems and processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Support successful project outcomes through effective Digital Engineering implementation.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, efficiency and project performance through digital solutions.
- Contribute to strategic planning, resource management and business growth initiatives.
- Monitor Digital Engineering performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support bid development, major pursuits and client presentations.
- Ensure the cost of EIC services is recovered in accordance with developed EIC cost recovery protocols

About you

- Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, Spatial Science, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Relevant industry certifications in BIM, Digital Engineering or Information Management are desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience leading Digital Engineering functions within major infrastructure, engineering or construction environments.
- Strong understanding of Digital Engineering, BIM, information management and digital delivery practices.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience developing high-performing teams and driving organisational capability
