The Senior Director, Finance Consolidation is responsible for leading enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and executive reporting across all major business units, including Wireless, Wireline, Rogers Business, and Technology.

This highly visible leadership role serves as the central point of coordination for consolidated financial performance, ensuring alignment across finance teams while supporting the achievement of corporate financial objectives. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial leadership, drive consistency in planning and reporting processes, and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership.

As a trusted business partner, the Senior Director will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing value-added decision support that enhances business performance. This position requires strong executive presence, exceptional analytical capabilities, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
Enterprise Financial Planning & Consolidation
• Lead enterprise-wide month-end reviews, forecasting cycles, and annual budgeting processes across all business units, including Wireless, Wireline, Rogers Business, and Technology.
• Consolidate financial results and forecasts into a comprehensive enterprise view, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Own the development and maintenance of Rogers Communications' consolidated financial outlook for Executive Leadership Team (ELT) review.
• Lead reporting and analysis of consolidated financial performance, including profit and loss, working capital, cash flow, debt leverage, and key financial metrics.
• Direct and continuously improve the annual corporate budgeting process.

Executive Reporting & Business Performance
• Establish governance, timelines, and standards for forecasting and budgeting processes across all business units.
• Develop and govern executive reporting packages, including the enterprise FactPack and management reporting materials.
• Drive consistency and standardization of Monthly Business Review (MBR) reporting across the organization.
• Present financial results, forecasts, business cases, and performance insights to senior executives and finance leadership.
• Identify and communicate key business risks, opportunities, trends, and performance drivers.

Strategic Partnership & Decision Support
• Serve as a strategic advisor to business and finance leaders by providing forward-looking insights and recommendations.
• Participate in enterprise strategic planning and long-range financial planning processes.
• Maintain deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, business drivers, and accounting policies impacting financial results.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Business Unit leaders to support critical decision-making.

Leadership & Team Development
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a high-performing finance team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Drive process simplification, automation, and modernization initiatives across FP&A and consolidation activities.
• Lead special projects and executive-level ad hoc analyses as required.

What you'll have:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• CPA designation required.
• MBA strongly preferred.

Experience
• 10+ years of progressively senior experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial consolidation, and management reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in complex, large-scale organizations.
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, or consumer-facing industries is strongly preferred.
• Proven success leading enterprise budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and executive reporting processes.
• Strong track record of influencing business decisions through data-driven financial insights.
