As a Estimating Factor and Allocation Cost Account Manager (CAM), you will play a vital role in managing the financial performance of the Quality and Missions Success (Q&MS) organization at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of our products and services. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including program management, proposal, finance, and quality to drive program success and customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on estimating factors, labor rates, and apportioned allocations, you will analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective actions to ensure program goals are met. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Prepare, revise, and/or update Forward Pricing Rates (FPR)/Estimating Factors (EF) based on Aeronautics management assessment or in conjunction with the FPR Team
* Distribute WAD and maintain charge departments / task centers
* Monitor General Cost – Review cost & labor hours at designated cadence
* Perform appropriate variance analysis between pricing and actual rates/factors
* Provide Variance Explanation & EFI Notes with recurring regular meetings. EF Pool owner must provide a variance explanation to the FPR EF owner
* Task Management: Establish and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production task schedules for the assigned build areas.
* Budget and Staffing Oversight: Manage other direct cost expenditures, develop staffing plans, and ensure budget alignment with organizational needs
Basic Qualifications
* Experience analyzing cost and labor data
* Experience with Estimating Factors and Allocations
* Experience summarizing and presenting data to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and/or compelling format
* Experience leading, working, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Desired Skills
* Certification as a Control Account Manager (CAM) with PPMU accreditation, or equivalent training with prior CAM responsibilities. (e.g. DAU formal training)
* Experience with production processes associated with development, implementation and/or management of cost per industry and regulatory requirements such as, but not limited to, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
* Knowledge of Aerospace Earned Value Management (EVMS) processes and procedures with specific application to aeronautics products
* Familiarity with Lockheed Martin estimating process and systems, such as APTS
* Ability to quickly learn, assimilate, adapt to, and successfully execute constantly changing direction from leadership
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

* For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
