- Supporting major system enhancements, upgrades and transformation initiatives
- Maintaining governance, change controls and documentation to support compliance and audit readiness

You’ll bring:

- Proven experience in Workforce Planning or Systems, Payroll or a Business Analyst in a similar role
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades or transformation projects
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication capabilities
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong compliance focus
- Experience collaborating with HR, Payroll, Technology, Workplace Relations or Workforce Planning functions

On offer to you:

- Opportunity to help shape the future of Workplace Relations at Crown Resorts

- Complimentary meals at our on-site staff restaurant + discounts at various F&B venues on property

- Take part and be rewarded in Crown’s group-wide recognition and awards program

- Access to discounts across health & wellbeing, novated leasing options & more

If you’re someone who loves connecting the dots between business requirements, systems and people and can turn detail-heavy legislation, awards and agreements into practical outcomes – we’d love to hear from you!
