Standard Job Description

Lead the strategic capture, customer engagement, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination required to position the organization for successful pursuit and execution of the Poland F-35 Tranche II opportunity while aligning enterprise priorities, customer requirements, international partnership considerations, and long-range production planning.

Leads capture efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts, or task order business. Has accountability to shape and win new business through a balanced focus on customer value, the competitive environment, and the corporation's best interests. Develops capture strategy including business solution for pursuit of opportunities; identifies potential customers, competitive assessments, teaming suppliers, and prices-to-win; participates in bid and proposal activities. Has responsibility to lead and integrate the assigned cross-functional team and authority to direct team activities for the duration of the pursuit. Maintains ongoing interaction with business development.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience working with U.S. Government foreign military sales (FMS) processes, international acquisition frameworks, or defense security cooperation activities.

• Experience operating effectively in highly dynamic, politically sensitive, and strategically important international environments

• Experience presenting to various levels of customer and company personnel (executive level, military)

• Experience using written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated executive presence

• Ability to obtain and maintain required U.S Government security clearances and international travel eligibility

Desired Skills

• Prior experience supporting or leading F-35 international campaigns, captures, sustainment initiatives, or customer engagements

• Knowledge of Poland defense acquisition processes, regional security dynamics, and U.S.- Poland defense cooperation frameworks

• Experience coordinating with Joint Program Office (JPO), U.S. Government stakeholders, or international partner/customer organizations.

• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate geopolitical, industrial base, and operational considerations into actionable capture strategies.

• Demonstrated success managing high-visibility international pursuits involving executive leadership engagement and enterprise coordination.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00
