Responsibilities:

- Identify and implement diverse cooperation models with regional suppliers, strengthening supply security through self-built or joint-investment asset allocations.
- Translate policy dynamics into actionable business guidelines to support the Group's policy stance and advocacy strategies.
- Lead the assessment, development, and commercialization of cover crops and intermediate crop feedstock opportunities within China, exploring their potential applications in HEFA (Hydroprocessed Esters and Fatty Acids) production.
- Establish a regional feedstock supply network and collection system; identify and cultivate partnerships with catering enterprises, food processors, oil & fat processing companies, slaughterhouses and byproduct processors, regional collectors, pre-treatment facilities, and logistics service providers.
- Formulate and implement medium-to-long-term feedstock development strategies and commercialization roadmaps to continuously expand the company's accessible feedstock resource base.
- Lead and support the integration of ESG within the feedstock supply chain, ensuring that feedstock cultivation and procurement are commercially viable while meeting environmental, social, governance, traceability, and responsible sourcing requirements.
- Provide regular market analysis and supply risk early warnings.

Requirements:

- Strategic Thinking & Commercialization: Ability to formulate medium-to-long-term feedstock development strategies, commercialization roadmaps, and asset allocation plans; capable of translating policies and market trends into actionable business opportunities.
- Policy Insight & Compliance: Familiar with domestic and international policies, regulations, and certification systems (e.g., ISCC, CORSIA, etc.) related to biofuels and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF); able to translate policy dynamics into business guidelines and support the Group's advocacy strategies.
- ESG & Sustainable Procurement Integration: Ability to embed environmental, social, governance, and traceability requirements into supply chain management, ensuring feedstock procurement complies with responsible sourcing standards.
- Market Analysis & Risk Management: Able to continuously track market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and supply risks; provide timely and accurate market analysis and risk alerts to support management decision-making.
- Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively coordinate with technical, commercial, compliance, and operational departments to drive strategy execution; strong communication skills and overall project management experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiar with the SAF industry, waste oil/fat collection, transportation and disposal, or the oleochemical industry; prior experience in feedstock supply within the biofuel sector is preferred.
